1. About these terms

These Terms of Use & Sale (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.getcognihealth.com (the “Site”) and to purchases of CogniHealth. The Site is operated by Nutrition & Wellness LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. Who sells the product

Your order is processed by our authorized retailer, Digistore24. When you buy CogniHealth, your order and payment are processed by Digistore24, and your purchase is also subject to Digistore24’s own terms and policies. Your card or bank statement will show a charge from Digistore24. We provide the product, product information, customer support, and fulfillment through our fulfillment partner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site.

4. Product information and health disclaimer

CogniHealth is a dietary supplement. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information on this Site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Talk with your physician or healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, take medication, have a medical condition, or are sensitive to caffeine. CogniHealth contains caffeine. Always follow the directions on the product label. Individual experiences vary.

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and the Supplement Facts information accurate. If anything on the Site differs from the label on your bottle, the label on your bottle controls.

• 2 Bottles: $167 plus $9.95 shipping (US)
• 3 Bottles: $207 with free shipping
• 6 Bottles: $294 with free shipping

Every order is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no autoship, and no recurring charge. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and collected by Digistore24 at checkout. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Refunds and returns, including our 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, are described in our Refund & Return Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to interfere with the Site, access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to send spam or harmful code. We may suspend access for misuse.

8. Intellectual property

The CogniHealth name, logo, product images, and Site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site links to services we don’t control, such as Digistore24’s order and support pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

Except for the 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and any rights you have under applicable law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without other warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. If a problem comes up, please contact us first at support@getcognihealth.com. We’ll try to resolve it informally.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.
